Damián Garrido Casanova

I am Damián Garrido Casanova, Project Manager at Think & Work.

My main responsibility is to understand our clients’ needs and turn them into concrete projects, coordinating the team and overseeing each phase of the process to ensure that results meet and exceed expectations within established deadlines and objectives.

I have over 15 years of experience in project management and communication, especially in the consumer technology sector. Throughout my career, I have also worked as a Key Account Coordinator in the cruise ship industry, managing accounts and projects in international environments.

I studied Audiovisual Communication and completed a postgraduate program in Social Media. In addition, I am trained in project management under the PMI framework and agile methodologies, allowing me to manage projects in a structured, flexible, and results-oriented way.

I am a father of two children, and in my free time, I enjoy coaching youth rugby, volunteering with the Spanish Red Cross, and exploring new gastronomic experiences.
