Luan Scalon Martins

I am Luan Scalon Martins, Project Manager at Think & Work, where I joined the team in January 2026.

I am responsible for leading projects from start to finish, overseeing each phase to ensure that the results not only meet but exceed our clients’ expectations. I am passionate about finding strategic solutions that generate real impact and measurable value for brands.

I have more than 15 years of experience in Trade Marketing, a field that truly fascinates me. Throughout my career, I have worked with a wide range of products, services, and markets, which has allowed me to broaden my expertise and establish myself as a specialist in commercial and communication strategies.

In terms of academic background, I hold a Master’s Degree in Commercial Management and Marketing from ENEB, a Master’s Degree in Strategic Planning for Digital Communication from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Brand Management from the University of London. I speak Spanish, English, and Portuguese, my native language.

Outside of work, I enjoy reading, spending time with my family, and planning my next trips, exploring new cultures and experiences that inspire and enrich me.
